DogLeggs' BuddyBags offer an economical method of thermal and cryotherapy. They are a safe and effective method to provide heat with no risk of burns associated with electrical and water heating pads. In addition, unlike water bottles, BuddyBags do not draw heat away from the body as it cools. It is perfect to restore heat to the surgical or critical patient as well as for warming muscles and joints for rehabilitation therapy purposes. BuddyBags also work for cryotherapy to reduce swelling and discomfort.

BuddyBags accomplish heat and cold therapy using a rice core. The inner bag of the system is filled with rice . Just heat for a few seconds in the microwave for heat therapy or place in the freezer for cold therapy. When ready to use, place the rice core into the outer cover made of a soft fleece material. The rice conforms to the area of the body covered and provide long-last heat or cold therapy.
