DogLeggs began with one product, the Standard Length Adjustable DogLeggs. Every product since then has been created at the request of veterinarians or pet owners in search of a solution. DogLeggs' Policy Statement for Custom Work:

When making custom designs, we use our knowledge and expertise to provide the best solution we can, however, there is no guarantee of the outcome. We of course, as you do, want the solution to be successful, however, if the product does not result in the desired outcome, the product is not returnable and there are no refunds. The charges for custom work are based on materials, time, effort and complexity of the project.
