The DogLeggs' Custom Booties provide coverage and protection of the paws. Each bootie is custom made to the animals' measurements with two adjustment points ensuring a comfortable fit. The booties secure to the limb with hook and loop fastening. All booties include durable, non-skid footing for protection and stability on a variety of surfaces. The booties are intended primarily for indoor use as a barrier to licking and chewing at the feet.

Special note regarding booties and nail care: Nail length is not merely cosmetic. Long nails are associated with injuries to the toes and pads. When nails are excessively long weight-bearing and gait can be affected. Effective and comfortable paw coverage is significantly improved with properly groomed nails. DogLeggs recommends the use of a Dremel with a drum sanding attachment, rather than nail clippers, to achieve a groomed nail free of sharp or uneven edges.

Product Construction: DogLeggs' Custom Booties are made from a fleece-faced, highly breathable, water repellent stretch material. A portion of the bottom of the bootie is laminated with a rubberized textured material. The bootie is secured via hook and loop fastening. The product is machine washable.
